Lorysa is a gem of a project director. During our time working together at Grey / WPP Black Ops, she was always so detailed, meticulous and in times of crisis (especially due to the demanding nature of our project) - calm, composed and extremely professional. Whenever there was something I needed to deliver, her instructions were always clear and concise. She invests time and energy to also understand the intimate parts of the creative process, which made our communications so much more productive and really shows her dedication and leadership.

Lorysa led and managed the updates and enhancements for a Global online tool, which was one of the client’s key business drivers.   Working with various business stakeholders in Milwaukee, Miami, Singapore and Toronto as well as managing various teams in Toronto and India, each deliverable was provided on time, within budget and most importantly to the client’s approval.

Lorysa Rossnagel has been with SapientNitro first as a contractor and next as an employee for more than 3 years. I have worked closely with Lorysa for the last 2 years. Lorysa has been a project and program manager on several accounts with budgets between $5M to $12M. In her role, she is responsible for the delivery of a stream of concurrent projects that range from new site development to campaign launches.
